Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Theological (the "Service"), operated by Slingshott Systems, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you are 18 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Your account

You may sign in using a supported provider (Google, Microsoft, or Facebook). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in method secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the calendars, planners, designs, images, and other content you create or upload ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, reproduce, display, and print Your Content solely to operate the Service and fulfil your orders. You represent that you have the rights to any content you provide and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.

4. Orders, printing, and payment

Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing you agree to Stripe's terms. Printed products are custom-made to order based on your design and, where applicable, produced and shipped through our print partner. Prices, availability, and shipping estimates may change. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. For shipped products, risk of loss passes to you when we hand the order to the carrier.

5. Refunds and returns

• Printed products. Because items are custom-printed to your design, they are non-refundable once production has begun, except where the product arrives defective, damaged, or contains a printing error on our part. Report any such issue within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it at our discretion.
• Digital downloads. Digital PDF downloads are non-refundable once delivered.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe others' rights;
• upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you lack the rights to use;
• interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• resell or misuse the Service in ways not permitted by these Terms.

7. Our intellectual property

The Service itself — including its software, design, templates, and branding — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights to it beyond using the Service as intended.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, email us at theological@slingshott.io with a description of the copyrighted work, its location on the Service, and your contact information. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may remove infringing content or terminate repeat infringers.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Slingshott Systems, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming.

15. Miscellaneous

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
